But wait – we haven’t been properly introduced.
I’m Andrew Youderian, and in 2008 I made what my investment banking colleagues thought was a monumentally stupid decision: I quit my cushy finance gig to… wait for it… sell CB radios online.
That CB venture actually worked out (to everyone’s utter shock), a business I eventually sold. But along the way, I discovered something that bothered me more than trying to explain my career choice at parties: running a successful eCommerce business can be incredibly lonely.
And as your business grows, it has this sneaky way of completely taking over your life.
That’s why I created eComFuel – now a thriving community of 1,000+ seven- and eight-figure store owners who connect through our private forums, annual events, and regional meetups across the globe.
Our members collectively do $12 billion in GMV (revenue), a stat I still have a hard time wrapping my head around.
Through my journey of building, selling, and occasionally pulling my hair out, here’s what I’ve come to believe you must do to have long-term entrepreneurial bliss:
Build Your Own Channels: Create marketing assets you own instead of renting them from tech giants.
Find Your Sustainable Pace: Transition from startup grind mode to a a pace you can keep long-term.
Master Your Finances: Know your numbers cold, both personal and business, to make better decisions and build financial security for your family.
Pursue Real Wealth Alongside Money: Define success by both financial gain AND growth in your health, relationships and what truly matters.
Through our community’s collective experiences and my own journey (read: expensive mistakes), I share detailed insights on all these topics to help you build an incredible business AND amazing life.
Your first installment is currently waiting in your inbox. Head on over and hope you enjoy.
Work hard, adventure often & forge what matters. And thanks for reading!
